About Urban Legends Tour Co
Urban Legends Tour Co provides premium coach and Sprinter charter from Sydney for regional business events. Operating since 2016, we bring groups into regional NSW every week.
What we do for business events
- Delegate transfers: Sydney Airport, Newcastle Airport, hotels and the CBD to your regional venue, with room for luggage.
- Venue shuttles: looped runs between conference venue, accommodation and dinner, so nobody needs to drive.
- Off-site dinners and functions: a vehicle and driver on standby for the night, with a late return.
- Partner programs: guided Hunter Valley wine days, Blue Mountains lookouts and coastal touring while delegates are in session.
- Regional day trips and famils: Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands, Wollongong and the Grand Pacific Drive, Central Coast and Canberra.
Fleet
Luxury Mercedes Sprinters (14 and 18 seats), a 27-seat executive coach and two 41-seat leather coaches, with USB charging, climate control and Bluetooth audio. Our five vehicles move up to 141 guests at once, and larger programs are available on request.
