Tea Journeys

Tea Journeys, based in Nowra on the South Coast of NSW, offers a unique group experiences for those corporate groups who are looking to dive into the wonderful world of tea. Currently Tea Journeys import and manufactures over 50 single-origin varieties of tea and herbals from all over the world, distributing to the food service industry.

Workshops run for between 2-3 hours, where delegates are guided through a formal ‘tea training’ of up to 6 different types of tea. This workshop will empower each student with the ability to cup accurately various teas based on a tea flavour wheel, noting the type of tea, highlights to look for in each cup. Most importantly students gain the knowledge of how to incorporate best brew practises for each type of tea based on temperature, brewing time and dosing. The final tea for tasting is from an ancient tea forest, we cup this unique tea with with various cocoa grades of chocolate in order to find the perfect chocolate tea pairing. This workship will certainly surprise you.
