Curators of charming food and wine travel experiences, Silver Compass Tours is a locally-based boutique tour operator in the Orange wine region, which has lots to offer from more than 80 vineyards and 38 cellar doors, 42 cafes and 2 hatted restaurants. 

Headquartered in the historic village of Carcoar, we manage and host multi-day packaged food and wine tours with our own Italian locanda, "Antica Australis" located in a heritage building.    A locanda is a very traditional regional Italian concept of an inn where travellers can restore and revive their spirits.

Silver Compass Tours also offer bespoke one and two-night tours on request where you’ll discover the secrets of the region and be welcomed like a local.  Our tours are a perfect breakout addition or team building activity for your next business event
