A Winemaker for the Day is a fun hands-on red wine blending class where your team can each blend their own 750ml bottle of red wine. They will bottle and label it creating their own unique brand name. 

Our wine educators guide your team through the process of selecting and blending different varietals to create a wine that perfectly suits their taste. They’ll get to experiment with different blending ratios until they find the perfect combination. Along the way, they will learn about the characteristics of different grapes and how they contribute to the final product.

Once they have created their blend, they will bottle it up and take it home as a one-of-a-kind souvenir of their experience here in the Hunter Valley. And of course, they’ll also get to enjoy a glass or two of their creation as they work.

This blending experience is perfect for wine lovers of all levels – whether you’re a seasoned connoisseur or just starting to explore the world of wine.
