Susan Le Roux is passionate about sharing the magic of bubbles with you. Trained to the level of Sommelier [WSET Level III] she is not only passionate about champagne, but equally excited to share Australia's exceptional sparkling wines with you.

Susan will explain the importance of starting with exceptional grapes, meticulous wine-making techniques and processes that ultimately produce extraordinary NSW sparkling wines that rival the hundreds of years of winemaking in the renowned region of Champagne in the north east of France. 

Offering Blind Tastings of some of Australia's finest sparkling wines; alongside brut or rose champagnes... and you might not be able to tell the difference!
