About Newcastle Museum
Newcastle Museum was originally established in 1988 as part of a major Bicentennial project for Newcastle. The museum is now located in the Honeysuckle Railway Workshops - three National Trust listed buildings dating back to 1887 and demonstrating unique classic railway architecture.
Newcastle Museum offers an eclectic mix of industrial and contemporary design to provide a unique personalised experience for your next event. The purpose-built McIntyre Theatrette is equipped with a large screen, high-quality digital projector and audio sound equipment.
With detailed brickwork and arched windows as a backdrop, the McIntyre Theatrette is a light and spacious room is perfect for cocktail functions, formal dinner parties, corporate events and product launches.
