The Wisdom of The Horse Team Building

The Wisdom of The Horse, offers corporate groups a unique and deeply powerful equine assisted experience.

We know that communication, relationship and leadership skills are critical for successful and productive businesses. It is the same when working with horses. Horses respond best to good connection, clear communication and consistent, calm leadership.

The horse requires you to be present and aware, a good listener, and to show up authentically so that they can trust you and your intentions. Participants gain deeper insight into each other, different personalities, team strengths and dynamics resulting in improvements in cohesion and collaboration.

No horse experience is required as all activities are ground based and programs include catering for the group.

The half or full day program can be run at a range of NSW locations in Tweed, Ballina, Coffs Harbour, Newcastle, Hawksbury, Southern Highlands or onsite at Burringbar, NSW.

Group numbers range from 12 to 30 participants depending on venue.
