SeL Consultants offers leadership and strategy coaching and consulting services through it's Principal, Stef Loader BSc Hons (Geology) GAICD.  Stef is a non-executive director of ASX listed companies and a former Managing Director of a $1.5B mining business in NSW.  She has held senior leadership positions in global mining company Rio Tinto in London, India and Australia and was part of the senior leadership team of CMOC International during a major international growth phase.  Stef has chaired the state mining industry body in NSW and consults and advises in the area of regional economic development.

Stef is available as a key note speaker on a range of topics including women in leadership; workplace diversity; workplace safety; leading through change, and a range of other strategy and leadership related topics.

Stef is also available to MC corporate events and conferences and to facilitate strategy and leadership development workshops.
