About Hunters Quarter
Hunters Quarter, located onsite at the Pooles Rock Vineyard in the Hunter Valley is a modern architecturally designed restaurant featuring floor-to-ceiling glass showcasing panoramic views of the surrounding vineyard. The restaurant is the perfect location for a cocktail networking event with the venue catering for groups of up to 140, or for seated corporate dinners we can accommodate groups up to 120 guests.
Furnished with light coloured wooden tables, dark plush chairs and crisp white lounges, the restaurant features a hand crafted suspended timber ceiling, with pendant lighting.
Owner and Head chef, Brian Duncan brings a wealth of global and local experience in fine dining, having worked at the Dorchester Hotel (Three Michelin stars) and Claridges Hotel (One Michelin Star) in the upmarket area of Mayfair in London.
