BLENDING CLASSES
Blend your own bottles of gin, rum or vodka. Pick your favourite distillates then combine them in a unique-to-you formula before labelling and bottling your blended spirit to take home!

GUIDED TASTINGS & TOURS
Settle in for a relaxed self-guided tasting flight, where you can explore premium Newcastle-made spirits at your own pace. Each flight includes our craft spirits, garnishes, mixer and tasting notes. Select from sweet, gin or dark flight options.

SPIRIT SCHOOL
Our premium distillery experience. This is an immersive, hands-on experience where you take on the role of head distiller and craft your own bespoke bottle of either Gin or Rum. Under the guidance of our experts, you'll run your own miniature still, explore flavour development through guided 'cuts', and leave with a deeper understanding of distillation.
