Bower Camp Co offer comfortable, catered, immersive nature camp retreats in National Parks and private properties in Northern NSW and South East QLD that address burnout, by allowing guests to unplug and unwind in beautiful natural surroundings. 

Retreat packages are designed to easily incorporate company agendas, goals and requirements and can include anything from campsite sourdough making and bushcraft to team building challenges, hiking and E bike tours. The in-house team bonding and creative workshop programmes and external provider network mean that adding anything from stargazing with an astrophysicist to horse riding, is within reach.  

Bower Camp Co’s camp retreats are fully catered, with delicious meals prepared onsite, using locally sourced produce. The comfortable tents are spacious, with both living and bedroom areas, and are equipped with real mattresses and soft cotton sheets.

Bower Camp Co is whole person focussed. This means enabling deep connection, creating new pathways for innovation and space for dialogue. It means rewarding teams and/or clients with the gift of rest and rejuvenation and uncovering ways of being that are often not apparent within four walls. The retreats aim to boost the health and wellbeing of participants for a more productive and engaged workplace.
