Cupitt’s Estate is a winery, restaurant and accommodation destination on the NSW South Coast, offering a distinctive venue for corporate retreats, leadership off-sites and conferences. Located between Milton, Ulladulla and Mollymook, just three hours from Sydney, the estate provides a relaxed setting for teams to step away from the office and spend time together.
Cupitt’s is well suited to leadership retreats, exclusive-use conferences, networking events and client celebrations. Our flexible spaces range from The Farmhouse for small meetings of up to 12 guests, to The Atrium for workshops and presentations of up to 40 guests, through to larger gatherings in our restaurant for up to 120 guests.
The estate also offers on-site accommodation, including 10 one-bedroom villas and a four-bedroom Farmhouse, making multi-day retreats easy to host.
Events can be complemented with estate-made wine and beer tastings, tours, seasonal dining and curated local experiences, allowing business groups to connect, plan and celebrate in a relaxed South Coast setting.
