About Casino Civic Hall
Built in 1937, Casino Civic Hall is a beautiful old Art Deco hall with timber floor, high arching ceiling, supper room and stage. Civic Hall has previously hosted events such as debutante balls, fashion parades, boxing matches, concerts, plays, community meetings, dances and special events, including receptions for visiting dignitaries. It is also suitable for weddings, dance classes and craft fairs.
The venue is ideal for large events, with seating available for 480 people. The main floor area is 18 metres by 23 metres and the stage measures 8 metres by 13 metres. Sound and stage lighting is available. Contact Richmond Valley Council for more information.
