Hollydene Estate Wines and Vines Restaurant, located in the picturesque Upper Hunter Region, offers sweeping views across the rolling countryside, vineyards and manicured gardens.
The modern and rustic Vines Restaurant caters for a range of corporate functions of up to 100, including sales training, workshops, business meetings and gala dinners. Renovated in 2014, the restaurant space features rustic timber beams, elegant polished concrete floors and a wrap-around alfresco deck for twilight cocktails and canapes.
For those smaller meetings or intimate dinners, the dramatic working Barrel Room is the perfect location.
Our menus are created seasonally by our chefs using local produce and can be matched with our award-winning wines and craft beer.
